Within the framework of the GDPR we offer the following services:

ANALYSIS OF PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA AND THEIR COMPLIANCE WITH GDPR

We analyse all the necessary business processes for dealing with personal data. Including related applications through which data is being processed in preparation for GDPR.

We work with a professional legal advisor in consultation the results of the analysis and together we define the actions needed for your business. The recommendations also include an assessment of whether your company, for example, has to establish a DPO (Data Protection Officer) role, whether to prepare a risk analysis or to take other steps for only some companies.
We will help you with the preparation of an action plan to ensure all steps necessary to comply with the GDPR to the date of the regulation – 25 May 2018.
We review and then adjust as necessary the internal directives of your company.
We will propose cyber-security measures to ensure that all systems meet the GDPR requirements and do not leak information and ensure that consent is given to the processing of personal data by all entities.
We will provide you with the necessary training on personal data handling for your employees, help with setting roles and their privileges.
We will help you review contracts with suppliers, buyers and employees.

All steps must be taken by 25 May 2018, when the GDPR will enter into force.
